Export Capabilities
From the SQL Editor Window, you can choose to export the
results of an SQL statement. SQLThing supports the
following export formats:
- Access
- Word
- Excel
- Lotus 123
- dBase
- Paradox
- Foxpro
- XML
- Text
- CSV
You have compete control over the field names that
SQLThing will use when creating the output file, the data
types and their lengths. Because SQLThing uses advanced ODBC
techniques for retrieving the data from your iSeries, we
typically see exports from hundreds to thousands of records
per second.
